The Southern Academy of
Legal Studies in
Business is the regional affiliate of the national organization, Academy of
Legal Studies in Business (www.alsb.org).
The purpose of SALSB is to promote and encourage scholarship
 and
superior teaching of business law and legal studies in colleges and
universities, with particular emphasis placed on serving the needs of
our members from the Southern Region (Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas)
by:
(1)
holding an annual conference for the presentation and discussion of
timely business law topics and issues; (2) publishing scholarly articles
in The Southern Law
Journal and The Southern Journal of Business and Ethics,
and (3) by offering convenient CLE credits for members of the Texas bar,
as well as other bars. |
